Workspaces

A workspace groups social accounts belonging to the same brand or client. It has its own knowledge base, its own AI assistant and its own web chat widget.

Use several workspaces when you manage separate brands or clients and do not want their content, contacts or AI knowledge mixed.

Switch workspaces from the selector at the top of the sidebar. Create and manage them from the same selector.
