Your store (link in bio)

Where: Store (in the side menu), Page and Design tabs.

Your store is a link-in-bio page that can also sell. One link for your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio that gathers your links, your social profiles, a video, your booking button and your products. Buyers pay into your own Stripe account, and Ignix takes 0% commission: only your payment processor's fees apply.

Your address

In Store > Page, pick your store name. Your page lives at bio.ignix.social/your-name. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens; the handle of the Instagram account you sell from is usually the best choice. Then add a title (your name or your brand) and a sentence or two of bio.

If you take appointments, your booking page lives on the same domain (bio.ignix.social/…/book). Its name doesn't have to match your store's.

Building the page

Under "Your page content" you add blocks and drag them into the order you want:

  • Product: a card for one of your products, in three looks: Button (compact, like a link), Callout (card with image and button) or Preview (big image on top). It only shows once the product is published.
  • Link: a button to any address, with your own text.
  • Social links: your profiles on each network.
  • Text: a paragraph of your own.
  • Video: a YouTube or Vimeo video, played on the page.
  • Booking: a button to your booking page (see "Appointments").

Any block can be hidden without deleting it.

Design

In Store > Design you pick one of six themes (Cream, Night, Sunset, Forest, Editorial, Lavender) and adjust the background colour, the button colour, the font (five to choose from), the button shape (rounded, pill or square) and the button style (filled or outline). You don't pick a text colour: Ignix works it out from the background so the page is always readable.

The store and the booking page each have their own design. The booking page's is in Appointments.

Seller details

Also in Store > Page, "Seller details": your name or company name and a contact email (both required to sell paid products), plus a tax or VAT number and an address if you want them shown. They appear in the footer as "Sold by …", next to a note that Ignix only provides the store technology and is not the seller. You are.

The same section holds your refund policy, your terms of sale and the "send me news" checkbox. All three are covered in "Orders, refunds and buyers".

A store doesn't have to sell anything. A page with links, a video and your socials, or with free gifts in exchange for an email, works without connecting Stripe. You only need Stripe to sell paid products (see "Getting paid").

What you can sell

  • Downloads, bundles and free gifts: see "Downloads, bundles and free gifts".
  • Courses: modules and lessons with video, in a course player. See "Courses".
  • Memberships: a monthly or yearly subscription. See "Memberships".
  • Paid sessions and 1:1 coaching: these are services in Appointments with "Charge when booking" turned on, not a store product. See "Appointments".

Every product you publish is also added to your Catalog, with its price and link: Sparky can recommend it in conversations, and you can send it as a card in DMs. Unpublish it and it disappears from there too.

Plans and price

The store is included from Blaze (Blaze, Scale and Inferno), with everything in it: page, downloads, bundles, free gifts, courses, memberships, paid appointments, coupons, order bump and upsell. Spark doesn't include it.

Store files have their own storage, separate from your media library: 50 GB on Blaze, 100 GB on Scale and 250 GB on Inferno, up to 4 GB per file.

0% commission from Ignix on every sale. Stripe charges its own fee on each payment, directly on your account. Taxes on your sales are your responsibility.

Public pages carry a small "Powered by Ignix" line at the bottom. It is always there and can't be removed.
