Ignix Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Dreaming Solutions LLC ("Ignix", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Ignix platform available at https://www.ignix.social and through our applications (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use the Service or visit our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

The Service is a tool for businesses and professionals. It is not intended for personal, family, or household use. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

If you are an individual who has interacted with one of our customers through the Service (for example, you sent a direct message that a customer manages in Ignix) and you have questions about how your information is handled, please contact that customer directly — see "Our role: controller and processor" below.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

The data controller for the purposes described in this Policy where we act as a controller is:

Dreaming Solutions LLC 1309 Coffeen Ave, STE 1200 Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

For any privacy question, request, or complaint, email us at [email protected].

2. Our role: controller and processor

Ignix processes information in two distinct capacities, and your rights differ depending on which applies.

We act as a controller for the information we decide how and why to handle — for example, the account details you give us when you sign up, our billing records, the way you use the Service, your support requests, and our marketing communications.

We act as a processor (on behalf of our customer) for the content and data you bring into the Service to do your work — the social accounts you connect, the posts you schedule, the comments and direct messages you manage, your unified inbox, and anything generated when you use our features. For this data, you (our customer) are the controller. You decide what to put into the Service and how it is used, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required permissions or notices for the people whose information you process. We handle that content only to provide the Service to you and according to your instructions.

If an individual asks us about content that a customer controls, we will, where appropriate, refer that request to the relevant customer.

3. Information we collect and why we collect it

3.1 Information you give us

Account and profile information — such as your name, email address, business or organization name, time zone, language preference, and password. We use this to create and secure your account, authenticate you, provide the Service, and communicate with you about it. If you sign in through a social or third-party login, we receive basic profile information from that provider as permitted by your settings there.

Billing information — your purchases are processed by our payment provider (see Section 6). That provider collects and handles your payment card or other payment details; we generally do not receive or store full card numbers. We do receive transaction records such as the plan you bought, billing status, amounts, and the business and tax details needed to keep our records and meet our legal obligations.

Content and connected-account data — to do its job, the Service handles the material you bring into it. This includes the social accounts you connect and the access tokens that let us act on your behalf; posts, drafts, captions, images, and videos you create or schedule; comments, reactions, mentions, and direct messages you manage; your unified inbox conversations; and any audience or performance data we retrieve to build your analytics. We handle this to deliver the features you use. As explained in Section 2, you are the controller of this data.

Support and communications — when you contact [email protected] or otherwise reach out, we keep your messages and related details so we can help you and improve the Service.

3.2 Information we collect automatically

When you use the Service or visit our website, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages and features accessed, dates and times of access, session activity, and diagnostic logs. We use this to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, understand how it is used, and improve it.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including for advertising. We use advertising platforms to measure conversions and show ads for Ignix on their networks and on partner sites, which involves those platforms setting cookies and receiving certain information about your visit. This is interest-based advertising. Where you accept advertising cookies, we may also send conversion events from our servers to those platforms — including a hashed, irreversible version of your email address — so that a subscription can be matched to the ad that led to it. Where you decline, we do not send those events. You can manage non-essential and advertising cookies through the cookie controls we provide on our website, through your browser settings, and through each platform's own ad settings. The platforms we currently use are named on our Subprocessor List. Declining advertising cookies does not stop you from using the Service. Our website also uses referral cookies for our affiliate program, so that an affiliate who introduced you to Ignix can be credited for the referral; these are set by the affiliate platform we use, which is named on our Subprocessor List, and they fall under the same advertising cookie control.

3.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from the social networks and third-party services you connect (subject to their terms and your settings there), from our infrastructure providers, and from publicly available sources used for business marketing.

4. AI-powered features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate or analyze content — for example, drafting captions, suggesting replies, producing images, or summarizing conversations. To provide these features, the relevant input (such as the text or image you submit, or content you ask us to act on) is sent to specialized AI service providers that process it to return a result. We engage these providers as subprocessors under contractual confidentiality and data-protection commitments, and we do not authorize them to use your content to train their own models except where strictly necessary to provide the feature and permitted by our agreements. Our current AI providers are listed on our Subprocessor List. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you remain responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or rely on it.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as described here.

Our team. Authorized personnel may access information when needed to operate, support, and secure the Service, under confidentiality obligations. When we open a customer's account to provide support, that access is recorded.

Subprocessors and service providers. We use trusted providers to run the Service — for hosting, social-platform connectivity, AI features, payments, email delivery, and similar functions. They may access information only to perform their work for us and must protect it under written data-protection agreements. Our current subprocessors are listed on our Subprocessor List, which we update as it changes.

Social networks and third-party services. When you connect an account or enable an integration, information flows to and from that service under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle your information, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Advertising partners. We use third-party advertising platforms to promote Ignix and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Through advertising cookies, and through conversion events sent from our servers, certain information about your visit and your subscription may be shared with those platforms for conversion measurement and interest-based advertising, as described in Section 3.2. The platforms we currently use are named on our Subprocessor List. You can opt out of advertising cookies as explained there and in Section 10. We also run an affiliate program through a third-party affiliate platform. If you reach our website through an affiliate link, that platform receives a record of the visit and, if you later subscribe, of the resulting purchase, so it can calculate the affiliate's commission. The platform we currently use is named on our Subprocessor List.

Your organization. If your access was provided by an employer or other organization, we may share account and usage information with that organization so it can manage its use of the Service.

Legal and protection. We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our terms, to detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of anyone. Where permitted, we will try to notify you of a government request for your data.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

Professional advisors. We may disclose information to advisors such as lawyers and accountants as needed for their services and for audits or regulatory reviews.

6. Payments and our merchant of record

Depending on the payment method available to you at checkout, purchases of paid plans are sold and processed either directly by us or through a merchant of record acting on our behalf. Where a merchant of record is used, it is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment processing, and manages applicable sales tax and VAT. Your payment details are provided to and handled by our payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive transaction and billing records from it but do not store your full payment card information. Our current payment providers are named on our Subprocessor List.

7. International data transfers

Dreaming Solutions LLC is based in the United States, and our providers operate in several countries. Our primary hosting is located in the European Union (Germany). Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK and Swiss equivalents) or, where applicable, a valid adequacy mechanism. You can ask us for more detail about the safeguards we use by emailing [email protected].

By their nature, social media and messaging data may be processed by the networks and third-party services you connect in locations around the world, under their own terms.

7A. Connected platforms

When you connect a social network or messaging platform to the Service, we access and process data from that platform only as needed to provide the features you use, according to the permissions you grant and the platform's terms. Our use and transfer of information received from these platforms also complies with their developer and API policies, including any "Limited Use" requirements. The supported platforms and their applicable policies include:

These platforms are independent third parties. We are not responsible for how they handle your information, and we encourage you to review their policies. You can revoke our access to a connected account at any time through that platform's settings.

8. How we protect your information

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption of data in transit and, where appropriate, at rest, and confidentiality obligations for personnel. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to address incidents promptly.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service to you, run our business, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Content you keep in the Service generally remains while your account is active. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Note that content you have published to a social network may continue to exist there after you remove it from Ignix; you would need to delete it on that network directly.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings. When you do, we cancel your subscriptions immediately, disconnect your social accounts so we no longer have access to them, and erase the data your organisation holds. The deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain disclosures for advertising. You also have the right not to be treated unfairly for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days, with an extension where a request is complex). If much of the data relates to content where we act as a processor, we may direct your request to the relevant customer.

You do not need to write to us to delete your account: the owner of an account can erase it, and everything in it, from Settings at any time. Your invoices are the exception — they are held by our payment provider, which is legally required to keep them.

For marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message. Product and account emails related to your use of the Service will still be sent.

If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The Service is for businesses and professionals and is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or our practices. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date, and we will provide more prominent notice if the changes are material. Please review this page periodically.
