Appointment booking

Book appointments where people already write you

Booking tools give you a page and a new calendar to babysit. Ignix puts the booking inside the Instagram DM, the WhatsApp chat and the bubble on your site — with buttons, no AI needed — and writes every appointment into your Google Calendar. Confirmations and reminders go out under your name. And the booking page doubles as your website. For the price of the scheduler you already need.

✅ Booked: Haircut · Friday, September 18, 10:30 · with Ana.

The same appointment is now in Ana’s Google Calendar — and in the customer’s inbox, with the appointment attached. Reminder at 24 h.

Four ways in, one agenda

Every booking, wherever it starts, checks the same availability and lands in the same Google Calendar.

Web chat

A “Book” button in the chat bubble on your site opens a picker: service, day, time, details. No conversation needed, no AI needed.

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & Telegram DMs

An “Appointment” block in any automation offers services, days and times as tappable buttons — quick replies on Meta, a list on WhatsApp. Hang it off a keyword or a comment.

Booking page

A link for your Instagram bio, a QR at the counter, or the Reserve button on your Google Business listing — set from Ignix in one click. Add photos, an intro and your address and it is your website.

Sparky, in conversation

“I’d like a haircut Thursday afternoon with Ana.” The AI agent checks slots, offers a few, asks what is missing, books — and moves or cancels when asked.

Running a salon, spa or studio? See it for your business

Google Calendar stays your agenda

We do not ask you to move your business into yet another calendar. Ignix creates one Google calendar per person or room inside your own Google account, writes every booking there — and reads what you write there.

One calendar per person

Ana, Luis, Room 2. Share each with its owner from Google and they see their day on their phone, as always.

Phone bookings count

Write the phone booking in that calendar and the slot disappears from the chat, the DM and the page. Same for a day off or a meeting.

Move it in Google, they know in minutes

Change the time and the customer gets an email with the new one. Delete it and they get the cancellation. Drag it onto another person’s calendar and it is reassigned on its own.

Your customers hear from you, not from us

Every email around an appointment carries your business name, your colour and your logo. Ignix is a line in the footer. Replies land in the Google account you connected.

Confirmation

Sent the moment they book, with the appointment attached: one tap and it is in their calendar.

Reminder

48 h, 24 h, 2 h or 1 h before — you choose. In the web chat it is left in the thread too.

Changes and cancellations

Moved the appointment? They get the new time. Cancelled it, from Ignix or in Google? They get told, with a button to book another one.

Your team, in the loop

Owners and admins get every new booking with the customer’s phone, email and answers — by email or push, in their own language.

No website? The booking page is one

Add a cover photo, two lines about the business, your address and a photo per service — all optional — and put your web chat on it. One link for the bio, the Google button and the QR at the counter.

Looks like you

Your name, colour and logo — the same ones as your web chat. Prices in your currency, formatted in the visitor’s language.

Directions built in

The address links to Google Maps. Service photos help people pick.

Sparky on the page

Turn on your web chat and visitors can ask before they book. With the AI agent, Sparky answers — and books.

Real businesses, not a demo calendar

Set it up once in Appointments. Every channel follows the same rules.

Services with their own duration

A 20-minute beard trim and a 2-hour colour block the right amount of time — with a buffer before or after if you need one.

People, rooms and spots

Two hairdressers take two appointments at once. A yoga class with 10 places stays open until the tenth booking.

Hours, breaks and days off

Split shifts, Saturdays until 2, closed for the long weekend — per person, not just per business.

Ask what you need

Name and phone required, email optional, plus your own questions with free text or options. Answers land in the contact’s profile.

Notice and horizon

No bookings 2 hours from now, none further than 60 days out — you choose.

Let them pick the person — or not

On, a service several people do offers the choice. Off, whoever is free gets it, with the load spread evenly.

Prices in your currency

Type the number; it shows as 25 €, £25 or R$ 25 in the visitor’s language. Free text like “from 20” works too.

Reminders and policy

48 h, 24 h, 2 h or 1 h before, by email and in the chat, with your cancellation policy attached.

Why not a booking-only tool?

  • They charge €30–35 a month for a booking page and a calendar of their own. Here the booking is included with the scheduler, the unified inbox and the automations, from $39.

  • They live on their page. Your customers live in Instagram and WhatsApp — and that is where Ignix books, with buttons or in conversation.

  • They make you keep two agendas. Ignix uses the Google Calendar your team already opens every morning.

  • They stop at the booking. Ignix knows who booked: the customer is in your contacts, with their answers, ready for the next message.

  • They put their own brand on your customers’ emails. Here the confirmation, the reminder and the change notice go out under your name, colour and logo.

Questions, answered straight

Where can people book?

Four places, one agenda: the chat bubble on your website (a “Book” button opens a picker), a DM on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram (an “Appointment” block in any automation offers services, days and times as tappable buttons), a public booking page you can put in your Instagram bio or set as the Reserve button on your Google Business listing — and, with the AI agent, a plain conversation: “I’d like a haircut Thursday afternoon”.

Do I have to switch to a new calendar?

No. Google Calendar is the source of truth. Ignix creates one calendar per person or room inside your Google account; everything booked lands there, and everything you write there yourself — a phone booking, a day off — blocks the slot. Share each calendar with the person it belongs to and they see their appointments on their phone.

What if two people pick the same time at once?

Availability is recomputed the instant someone confirms, with Google Calendar included, and the first one wins. The other sees the slot is gone and picks another. Buffers between appointments and per-person spots (1 for a chair, 10 for a class) are respected the same way.

What details are collected?

Whatever you decide: name, phone and email as required or optional, plus your own questions — “first visit?”, “which treatment?” — as free text or a list of options. Answers land in the contact’s profile, so the next time they write you already know.

Does the customer get a confirmation?

Yes, if they gave an email: a confirmation with the appointment attached (one tap to add it to their calendar), the reminder at the hours you choose (48 h, 24 h, 2 h or 1 h before), and an email if the appointment changes time or is cancelled — whether you cancel it from Ignix or in Google. In the web chat everything is also left in the thread. The emails carry your business name, colour and logo, not ours, and replies go to the Google account you connected.

What happens if I move an appointment in Google Calendar?

Ignix sees it within minutes and emails the customer the new time. Delete it and they get a cancellation notice; drag it onto another person’s calendar and it is reassigned on its own. Your team gets an alert with the customer’s details on every new booking, and another if the customer cancels by talking to Sparky.

I don’t have a website. Is the booking page enough?

That is what it is for. Add a cover photo, two lines about the business, your address (with directions) and a photo per service, and turn on your web chat on the page — visitors ask, Sparky answers if you have it on. Prices show in your currency. It is one link: put it in your Instagram bio, set it as the Reserve button on your Google Business listing, or print it as a QR.

Where do I put the link?

Google: one click from Ignix if your Business Profile is connected, or by hand in your listing’s Bookings settings. Instagram: the link in your bio or a link sticker in a highlight — the “Book now” profile button only accepts Meta’s partner apps, which is why on Instagram the DM is what really books. Facebook’s “Book now” button does accept any link. WhatsApp Business: the website field in your profile.

What does it cost?

Bookings with buttons — the booking page, the web chat and the DM block — are included from Blaze at $39/mo, together with the scheduler, the inbox and the automations. Letting Sparky, the AI agent, take appointments in conversation is part of the AI seat: included in Inferno, or the $29 AI add-on on any plan.
