Who speaks: your business, you, or a character

Where: Sparky AI > Knowledge, first card ("Your business").

Not everyone using Ignix is a company. A coach, a model or anyone living off their personal brand does not want to sound like "our team", and some accounts are built around a character — the fox that teaches, the owl that motivates. This setting decides the voice of everything Ignix writes and draws for you.

  • A business or brand — the default. Nothing changes: Ignix writes as the company.
  • A person — your personal brand. Everything comes out in the first person singular: "I", never "we", never "at [your name] we…".
  • A character or mascot — the same, and the character is also the visual star of the account.

When you pick a person or a character you also set:

  • The name it signs with and introduces itself by.
  • Grammatical gender. In Spanish, Portuguese, French and German the agreement gives away a badly configured account in the very first sentence, and it is one of the few things a model cannot guess from a name. Pick feminine, masculine, or "avoid gendered wording".
  • How it talks — catchphrases, tics, how it introduces itself. What it must never say stays in "words to avoid".

Reference images

Upload up to 8 images of yourself, or of your character already drawn. The first one is the main one; you can change which with a click.

Three of them travel with every image Ignix generates, so the result actually looks like you. "Maximum fidelity" sends four instead, which costs a little more per image (40 AI credits instead of 20) and takes a bit longer. More than that did not improve the likeness in our own tests, so four is the cap.

A character appears in all its images — it is the star of the account. A person appears only when the piece is a photo: your face has no business on a quote card, and Autopilot decides that per slide. You can turn this off for a single Autopilot run under "More options".

Only your own image, or a character you own. Never a photo of somebody else.

Sparky and the honesty rule

If your workspace speaks as a person, Sparky answers your DMs in that voice too — first person, your catchphrases, the right agreement. What it will never do is claim to be human: asked whether it is a person, a bot or an AI, it says plainly that it is an AI assistant replying on your behalf and offers to pass the conversation to a person. That is the law in the EU, and it is also the only version that does not blow up in your face the day someone finds out.

Resources you can deliver

Further down in Knowledge you can list what you are able to send by DM: a guide, a template, a link, a document you upload. Give each one a name, a line about what it is, and a suggested keyword.

They matter for the keyword CTA in Autopilot: with a list, the plan picks a real resource and asks people to comment a word; without one, it does not offer the CTA at all — which is on purpose, because a model with nothing to offer will happily invent a guide that does not exist.
