For plumbers, electricians, cleaners, movers and every local trade

WhatsApp, reviews and visits for local services, answered while you are under a sink

The lead writes on WhatsApp at 8, you are on a job until 6, and by then they have called someone else. Ignix answers in seconds: it asks what the problem is, the address and a photo, offers the visit slots you have left and writes the visit into Google Calendar with the address. Google reviews land in the same inbox; the before-and-after goes out to every network from your phone.

A week with Ignix

8:10, the WhatsApp

“Boiler stopped working.” Sparky asks the address, the model and a photo; it all lands in the conversation and on the contact. It offers the first free slot with a buffer for the drive.

11:00, the visit

Confirmed by email with the address, in the technician’s Google calendar. Reminder the day before; if you move it in Google, the customer gets the new time.

The day after, the review

A message with your Google review link goes out as the last step of a sequence. The review arrives in the inbox next to the DMs; you answer it there.

What a one-van business loses every day

Not jobs. The messages between jobs.

The lead that went cold

Sparky answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your site in seconds, collects what you need and offers a slot. A person can take over any conversation.

The visit by text tennis

Services with their own length — “Diagnosis”, 45 min; “Deep clean”, 3 h — buffers for the drive, a minimum notice, the address as a required question.

The review nobody asked for

Google Business reviews in the inbox with the rating; saved replies; and a follow-up sequence that sends your review link when the job is done.

The pieces, by name

The booking engine is the one salons use; the WhatsApp assistant is the one stores use. Local services need both.

Sparky on WhatsApp and Instagram

Trained on your services, areas, prices and rules. Asks the questions you set — address, problem, photo — saves the answers to the contact and hands over when it should.

Visits in Google Calendar, per technician

One calendar per technician, buffers for the drive, days off, a cap on how far ahead people can book. Phone bookings you write in Google block the slot.

Google Business Profile, managed

Reviews and replies, posts, photos, the services list and the attributes Google offers for your category, from Ignix.

Comment-to-DM and website chat

“QUOTE” under a post starts the conversation; the bubble on your site does the same with a Book button.

Follow-up sequences

The quote nobody answered, the review link after the job, the seasonal check-up: timed messages by DM that stop when the customer replies, within each network’s rules.

Before-and-afters everywhere

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and your Google listing from one calendar, at the best times. AI writes the caption from a line.

What it costs

From $19 for one account with the scheduler, the inbox and the automations. Visits booked by chat are included from Blaze at $39, with three accounts and the Google Business listing. Sparky collecting the details on its own is the AI seat: Inferno at $79, or $29 on any plan.

  • Google reviews in the inbox: every plan

  • Visits by chat from Blaze

  • Sparky: Inferno, or +$29

The WhatsApp bot, in detail

Answer the WhatsApp from the van

Connect WhatsApp and Google Business, teach Sparky your services and areas, add a visit service with a buffer for the drive. The first booking can land while you are on a job.

Questions, answered straight

Can it give a quote?

It can collect what a quote needs — address, problem, photo, urgency — and answer your published prices from the knowledge base. The number itself is yours: you reply in the same conversation, from the inbox or the app on your phone.

Does it work with a phone number, not just Instagram?

Yes: WhatsApp Business is the main channel for a local service, with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and your website chat alongside. Calls are not covered; Ignix is for the messages.

Can I take card payments or deposits?

No. Ignix books and answers; you charge as you do today. Invoicing and payments stay with your tools.

Several technicians, several areas?

One resource per technician, each with their own hours and Google calendar; the customer picks or the first free one takes it. Areas are a question you ask and a rule you write in the knowledge base — Sparky will say when a postcode is out of range if you tell it which ones are in.

How do I get more Google reviews?

Put your review link as the last step of a follow-up sequence after the visit, or send it from a saved reply. Reviews arrive in the inbox with the rating and whether they were answered; reply from there and the answer is posted to Google.

Is there a free plan?

No. Spark is $19 a month with a 7-day trial; visits booked by chat start at Blaze, $39. Cancel in two clicks.
