Questions
How long do commissions last?
For as long as the customer keeps paying. There is no 12-month cut-off and no expiry date: a customer you refer today can still be paying you commission years from now.
How long does a click keep crediting me?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes any time within the next 90 days, the referral is yours — and from then on the commission runs for as long as they stay, with no end date.
How much can I earn?
There is no cap and no limit on how many people you refer. Each one pays you 30% of every payment they make, month after month.
When do I get paid?
Tracking, commission calculation and payouts are handled by FirstPromoter, our affiliate platform. Your payment schedule, minimum threshold and payout method are shown in your FirstPromoter partner dashboard.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there is no minimum audience size and there is nothing to buy.
What if a customer cancels or asks for a refund?
Your commission runs while their subscription does — if they cancel, it stops. Payments that are refunded, charged back or fraudulent can be withheld or reversed.
Can I refer myself, or my own company?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, spam, cookie stuffing and bidding on the Ignix brand in paid search are not allowed and end participation.
