Questions
How long do commissions last?
For as long as the customer keeps paying. There is no 12-month cut-off and no expiry date: a customer you refer today can still be paying you commission years from now.
How long does a click keep crediting me?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes any time within the next 90 days, the referral is yours — and from then on the commission runs for as long as they stay, with no end date.
How much can I earn?
There is no cap and no limit on how many people you refer. Each one pays you 20% of every plan payment, month after month.
When do I get paid?
Everything runs on Whop: tracking, commission calculation and payouts. Your earnings land in your Whop balance, and you withdraw them from there.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there is no minimum audience size and there is nothing to buy.
What if a customer cancels or asks for a refund?
Your commission runs while their subscription does — if they cancel, it stops. If a payment is refunded, charged back or fraudulent, its commission is reversed.
Can I refer myself, or my own company?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, spam, cookie stuffing and bidding on the Ignix brand in paid search are not allowed and end participation.
