For photographers, videographers and creative professionals
Bookings and social media for photographers so the portfolio books the session
Your Instagram is the portfolio; the DMs are where the work comes from. Ignix answers “PRICES” with your packages as a PDF, asks what kind of session and where, offers the dates you are free and writes the shoot into Google Calendar. The booking page, with your photos and your services, is the website you never got round to making. And the portfolio goes out to every network from one queue.

A week with Ignix
The post
A wedding, a brand shoot, a portrait — scheduled to Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and TikTok at the hours your followers look, with the caption adapted to each.
“PRICES”
The comment gets a DM with the packages as a PDF button and a question: what kind of session, and when? The answer waits in the contact.
The session
A 2-hour portrait with a buffer before and after, the location asked at booking, confirmation with the date attached, reminder the day before. Moved in Google? The client gets the new time.
Where a creative’s week goes
Not behind the camera. Answering the same DM with the same PDF.
The price list, again
A keyword under any post sends it as a button. Story reactions get it too. Sparky answers the follow-up questions from your packages, in the client’s language.
The date tennis
Your Google Calendar is the truth: the DM, the web chat and the booking page only offer the days you are free. A minimum notice keeps next-day shoots out unless you want them.
The website you never made
Cover photo, a line about you, your services with a photo each, your address or “on location” — the booking page is a page. One link for the bio and the QR.
The pieces, by name
The booking engine is the one salons and coaches use; the rest is the scheduler and inbox every creator gets.
Sessions and calls in Google Calendar
Services with their own length — “Mini session”, 30 min; “Wedding consultation”, 45; “Brand shoot”, 4 h — buffers for travel and setup, a cap on how far ahead people can book.
The questions before the shoot
Type of session, location, number of people, a reference — free text or options, asked at booking and saved to the contact.
Comment-to-DM with your packages
“PRICES”, “BOOK”, “WEDDING”: each keyword sends its DM — a PDF, a link, the booking. On Instagram and Facebook posts and reels.
A booking page that is a portfolio
Your photos, your services with images, your intro and your web chat on it — in the visitor’s language, with prices in your currency.
Scheduler for 14 networks
Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more from one calendar, at the best times. Recycle the shots that performed.

Questions, answered straight
Can clients pay a deposit when they book?
No. Ignix books the session and collects the details; deposits and invoices stay with your tools. If a card-on-file deposit is what protects your dates, keep that flow and use Ignix for the DM, the portfolio and the calendar.
Can I book on location, not only at the studio?
Yes. Make the location a required question — an address, or a choice between studio and on location — and give the service a buffer for travel. The address goes into the Google Calendar event.
Does the booking page show my work?
A cover photo, an intro, and a photo per service. It is a page for the bio, the Google Reserve button and a QR — with your name, colour and logo, in the visitor’s language. It is not a full gallery site; it is enough to book from.
Can it deliver galleries or contracts?
No. Delivery and contracts stay with your gallery and e-signature tools. Ignix can send a link to them as a button in the DM.
Does it post to Pinterest and TikTok too?
Yes: Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky and more, from the same calendar, with the caption adapted per network and the ratios checked before it goes out.
Is there a free plan?
No. Spark is $19 a month with a 7-day trial; sessions booked by chat and the booking page start at Blaze, $39. Cancel in two clicks.
