For real estate agents and agencies
Social media for real estate agents that turns “INFO” into a viewing
A listing goes up, fifty people write “price?” and “still available?”, and three of them are real buyers. Ignix posts the listing to every network, answers each comment with the brochure as a button, asks the questions you would ask — budget, area, when — and books the viewing into your Google Calendar with the address. The lead is in your contacts with the answers before you have looked at your phone.

A week with Ignix
The listing
One post, adapted to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, scheduled at the best time for each. The reel of the walkthrough goes with it.
“INFO”
The comment gets a DM with the brochure and the price as buttons. Sparky asks budget, area and timing and saves the answers to the contact.
The viewing
“Saturday morning?” The DM offers your free slots, asks for a phone number, and the viewing lands in Google Calendar with the property address.
Where the leads leak
Between the comment and the phone call. That gap is where Ignix works.
The unanswered comment
Every “price?” gets the DM in seconds, with the brochure attached, on Instagram and Facebook — while you are at another viewing.
The unqualified lead
Sparky asks the three questions and writes the answers into custom fields on the contact: budget, area, timing. You call the ones that fit.
The viewing by text tennis
Services for viewings and valuations, your availability from Google Calendar, a question for the property address. Booked in the chat, reminder by email.
The pieces, by name
Everything works per workspace, so an agency with several offices or agents keeps each one apart.
Scheduler for listings
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Google Business and more from one calendar; captions adapted per network; a queue so the listing goes out at the right hour.
Comment-to-DM with the brochure
Keyword → DM with the PDF, the link and the price as buttons. Story reactions get the same.
Sparky qualifies on WhatsApp and Instagram
Budget, area, timing, financing — the questions you set, saved as custom fields on the contact. Hands the conversation to you when it is time.
Viewings and valuations in Google Calendar
Services with their own duration and a buffer for the drive; one calendar per agent; the property address asked at booking; reminders by email.
Contacts that already know them
Every lead with its channel, its answers, tags and notes. Drip sequences by DM to follow up, broadcasts for the open house.
Google Business reviews and posts
Reviews of the agency answered from the inbox, new listings posted to your Google listing.
What it costs

Questions, answered straight
Does it work with my CRM?
Ignix has its own contacts with custom fields, tags and notes, and it is an MCP server, so a Claude conversation can read and update them. There is no native sync to real-estate CRMs today.
What does Sparky ask, exactly?
What you tell it to. You define the fields — budget, area, bedrooms, timing, financing — and it asks for what is missing in a natural conversation, in the lead’s language, and saves each answer to the contact.
Can each agent have their own calendar?
Yes. One Google calendar per agent, created by Ignix inside the company’s Google account and shared with them. Viewings are booked with the agent the lead chooses, or with whoever is free.
Does it post to property portals?
No. Ignix covers social networks and Google Business; portals keep their own feeds.
Can it send a follow-up sequence?
Yes: a drip sequence by DM — day 1, day 3, day 7 — that stops when the lead replies, and broadcasts with a photo for an open house. On Instagram and Facebook, Meta’s 24-hour window applies.
Can my team share the inbox?
On Scale, up to three members with roles; on Inferno, unlimited. Each workspace can be an office or an agent with its own accounts.
