Settings

• Time zone: the zone used by the calendar, the queue and all scheduling.
• Notifications: choose whether to receive email and push notifications, for example when a conversation is assigned to you.
• Language: change the interface language from the selector at the bottom of the sidebar.
• Connect an AI assistant (MCP): see the section below.
• Delete account: at the bottom, owner only. See Deleting your account in Plans and billing.

Ignix can be installed as an app on your phone or computer. Open it in your browser and use your browser's install option, or the banner Ignix shows.
