For restaurants, cafés and bars
Social media for restaurants run from the pass, not from a laptop
The review comes in during service, the reel of the special has to go out today, and someone on Instagram is asking whether you are open on Monday. Ignix puts Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp in one inbox, schedules the dishes to every network from your phone, answers the hours-and-directions questions on its own, and takes the table from the DM into Google Calendar.

A week with Ignix
14:30, the review
A four-star with a note about the wait. It shows in the inbox next to the DMs; a saved reply, a personal line, done — from the phone.
17:00, the special
One photo, one caption adapted per network, scheduled to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and your Google Business Profile at the hour your followers look.
21:15, the table
“Do you have a table Saturday?” The DM offers the times you have left, asks how many, and writes the reservation into Google Calendar with the name and phone.
Three things nobody has time for during service
They are all messages. They can all be answered from one place — or by the bot.
Reviews
Google Business reviews arrive in the inbox with the rating and whether they were answered; reply there. Sentiment over reviews and comments on Inferno.
The same questions
Hours, address, parking, allergens, the menu link: Sparky answers on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and your site from what you taught it. “MENU” under a post sends the PDF.
Reservations by phone
A table is a service; your dining room is a resource with as many spots as tables you take by chat. The DM offers the free times and writes the booking into Google Calendar.
The pieces, by name
The reservation engine is the same one salons use; the rest is the social tool a restaurant already needed.
Google Business Profile, managed
Reviews and replies, posts, photos, the food menu, attributes like outdoor seating or delivery, and the Reserve and Order links on your listing — from Ignix.
Scheduler for 14 networks
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business and more from one calendar, with best times and a posting queue. AI helps with the caption.
Comment-to-DM with the menu
A keyword under the post sends the menu as a file button, the reservation link or today’s special. Story reactions get a reply too.
Reservations from the chat
Service, day, time and party size asked in the DM, the web chat or a booking page; the reservation lands in Google Calendar with a reminder by email.
Sparky for hours, directions and allergens
Teach it once — menu, hours, address, policies — and it answers in the customer’s language on every channel. Hands over when someone needs a person.
WhatsApp broadcasts
Tonight’s menu, the new terrace, the Christmas booking: a broadcast with a photo to the contacts who wrote you on WhatsApp, within WhatsApp’s template rules.
What it costs
From $19 for one account with the scheduler, the inbox and the automations. Reservations by chat are included from Blaze at $39, with three accounts and the Google Business listing. Sparky answering questions on its own is the AI seat: Inferno, or $29 on any plan.

Answer the review from the pass
Connect Google Business, Instagram and WhatsApp, teach Sparky the menu, add a table service. Reservations start the same evening.
Questions, answered straight
Can I reply to Google reviews from Ignix?
Yes. Connect your Google Business Profile: reviews arrive in the inbox with the rating and whether they have been answered, and your reply is posted to Google. Saved replies save the typing; the personal line is yours.
How do reservations work without a restaurant system?
You create a service (“Table”, 90 minutes), a resource (“Dining room”, with the number of tables you take by chat as its spots) and the hours. The DM, the web chat or the booking page offer the free times, ask for name, phone and party size, and write the reservation into Google Calendar with a reminder by email. Walk-ins and phone bookings you write in the calendar block the slot.
Does the bot know my menu?
If you teach it: upload the menu, the hours, the address and your policies to the knowledge base, and Sparky answers from that. It does not invent dishes or prices; if it does not know, it hands over.
Can I post to Google Business Profile?
Yes — posts, photos and the menu items on your listing, alongside Instagram and the rest, from the same calendar.
Can it take orders or payments?
No. Ignix answers, books and publishes; ordering and payment stay with your POS or delivery platform.
Can my team use it from their phones?
Install Ignix from the browser as an app: the inbox, the calendar and the next reservations, with a push when a booking comes in. On Scale you can invite up to three people; on Inferno as many as you need.
