Team, roles and approvals

To invite someone

1. Go to Organization > Team.
2. Enter their email and choose a role.
3. Send the invitation and share the link.

Roles

• Owner: full control, including billing.
• Admin: everything except ownership.
• Editor: creates and schedules content.
• Approver: reviews and approves content before it goes live.
• Viewer: read only.

Approval flow: turn it on in Organization > Team. When it is on, posts created by editors wait in Approvals until an approver approves them. The approver can approve or reject with a reason. Rejected posts go back to the editor. Approvers get an email when something enters the queue, and the author gets one with the outcome (including the reason on a rejection).

Team seats are available from the Scale plan (up to 3) and unlimited on Inferno.
