This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes what is and is not allowed when using the Ignix service provided by Dreaming Solutions LLC ("Ignix", "we", "us"). It is part of, and incorporated into, the Ignix Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for the use by anyone acting through your account, including your employees, clients, and contractors ("Authorized Users"). You must ensure they comply with this Policy.
1. General rule
You may use the Service only for lawful business and professional purposes, in compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and the rules of every social network and other third-party service you use through the Service.
2. Messaging, automation, and anti-spam
Ignix provides automation for direct messages and comments and a unified inbox. Because misuse of these features can harm recipients and violate platform rules, you must:
- Comply with the messaging, automation, and platform rules of each connected network (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Bluesky, Google Business, and Snapchat), as those rules change from time to time.
- Only automate messaging on accounts you are authorized to manage. Where a network requires a business or professional account for automation (for example, business messaging channels), you must use the appropriate account type.
- Obtain any consent required by law or by the platform before sending automated or bulk messages, and honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
- Not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive, repetitive, or manipulative messaging, or any communication that violates anti-spam or electronic-communications laws (such as the rules on unsolicited commercial messaging in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located).
3. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, upload, schedule, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or discriminates against any person or group.
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts minors in any sexual or abusive context.
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
- Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Misrepresents your identity or affiliation, or impersonates any person or entity.
3.1 AI-generated content
Ignix includes AI features that generate text, images, and video from prompts you write. In addition to everything above, you must not use them to generate:
- Sexual, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW imagery or video, in any style, whether photorealistic or illustrated.
- Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, or of a person who appears to be a minor. This is prohibited absolutely, without exception, and is reported to the competent authorities.
- Nudity, fetish, or "adult" material of any kind.
- Face swaps, deepfakes, or any manipulation that places a real person's likeness into content they did not consent to.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that fabricates statements, events, or evidence.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or encourages self-harm.
- Content designed to deceive or defraud, or to spread disinformation.
Every prompt you submit for image or video generation is screened against these policies before generation starts, and prompts that fail are rejected. Trying to bypass or defeat that screening is itself a violation of this Policy and grounds for immediate termination.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service for mass surveillance, tracking, profiling of individuals for law-enforcement purposes, or any use that targets people in a way that violates their rights or applicable law.
- Access or use the Service through scraping, crawling, bots, or other automated means except through features we provide.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive load.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service, except where the law permits despite this restriction.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to misrepresent the Service as your own.
- Use the Service in violation of any export control or sanctions law.
5. Responsibility for connected accounts and data
You are responsible for the social accounts and content you connect, for having the rights and permissions needed to process that content (including content involving other people), and for complying with each platform's terms. We are not responsible for actions taken against your accounts by a social network as a result of how you use the Service.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy, we may, with or without prior notice depending on the severity and any legal or platform requirement: remove or disable content; suspend, restrict, or terminate your access; and take any other step we consider appropriate, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities. Termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund. We will, where practical and lawful, notify you and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
