This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes what is and is not allowed when using the Ignix service provided by Dreaming Solutions LLC ("Ignix", "we", "us"). It is part of, and incorporated into, the Ignix Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for the use by anyone acting through your account, including your employees, clients, and contractors ("Authorized Users"). You must ensure they comply with this Policy.
1. General rule
You may use the Service only for lawful business and professional purposes, in compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and the rules of every social network and other third-party service you use through the Service.
2. Messaging, automation, and anti-spam
Ignix provides automation for direct messages and comments and a unified inbox. Because misuse of these features can harm recipients and violate platform rules, you must:
- Comply with the messaging, automation, and platform rules of each connected network (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Bluesky, Google Business, and Snapchat), as those rules change from time to time.
- Only automate messaging on accounts you are authorized to manage. Where a network requires a business or professional account for automation (for example, business messaging channels), you must use the appropriate account type.
- Obtain any consent required by law or by the platform before sending automated or bulk messages, and honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
- Not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive, repetitive, or manipulative messaging, or any communication that violates anti-spam or electronic-communications laws (such as the rules on unsolicited commercial messaging in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located).
3. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, upload, schedule, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or discriminates against any person or group.
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts minors in any sexual or abusive context.
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
- Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Misrepresents your identity or affiliation, or impersonates any person or entity.
3.1 AI-generated content
Ignix includes AI features that generate text, images, and video from prompts you write. In addition to everything above, you must not use them to generate:
- Sexual, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW imagery or video, in any style, whether photorealistic or illustrated.
- Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, or of a person who appears to be a minor. This is prohibited absolutely, without exception, and is reported to the competent authorities.
- Nudity, fetish, or "adult" material of any kind.
- Face swaps, deepfakes, or any manipulation that places a real person's likeness into content they did not consent to.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that fabricates statements, events, or evidence.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or encourages self-harm.
- Content designed to deceive or defraud, or to spread disinformation.
- Copying or imitating another person's voice without their consent. A cloned voice can only be created by the person whose voice it is, reading the consent statement themselves.
Every prompt you submit for image or video generation is screened against these policies before generation starts, and prompts that fail are rejected. Trying to bypass or defeat that screening is itself a violation of this Policy and grounds for immediate termination.
4. Prohibited products and sales
The Store and the paid booking features let you sell your own products and services directly to your buyers, through your own payment account. You are the seller and, in addition to sections 3 and 5, you must not use them to offer, sell, give away, or deliver:
- Products or services that are illegal where you offer them or where your buyers are located, or that require a licence, registration, or authorization you do not hold.
- Counterfeit goods, pirated or cracked software, or digital products that infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
- Content you do not own or are not licensed to sell, including other people's courses, ebooks, templates, or media, leaked or scraped material, and "resale rights" or "private label rights" (PLR) products you are not actually licensed to resell.
- Deceptive offers: false or misleading claims about a product, its price, discounts, availability, or results; fake or purchased reviews or testimonials; or products that are not delivered as described.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, chain letters, and programs that promise guaranteed income or returns.
- False, misleading, or unsubstantiated health or financial claims, including claims that a product cures, treats, or prevents a disease, and promises of guaranteed investment or trading results.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material, nudity, or other NSFW images, video, or audio; AI-generated adult content; and sexual or adult services. This applies the same limits on NSFW media set out in section 3.1.
- Gambling, betting, paid lotteries or raffles, and other games of chance played for money.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and instructions or files for manufacturing them.
- Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia, prescription-only medicines, and products marketed as legal alternatives to them.
- Financial services or regulated activities that require a licence or registration — such as investment advice, trading signals, money transmission, lending, credit repair, or crypto-asset offerings — unless you hold every licence required and your payment provider allows them.
- Social-media accounts, followers, likes, reviews, or other engagement, and personal data or contact lists.
- Anything your payment provider prohibits, or restricts without its prior approval.
Selling your own products and services through the Store and the booking features is a permitted use: the restriction on reselling the Service in section 5 does not prevent it. Using them to resell access to the Service itself is prohibited. If we reasonably believe that a product or offer breaches this section, we may act as described in section 7, including by unpublishing the product, disabling checkout, or suspending your store or booking pages.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service for mass surveillance, tracking, profiling of individuals for law-enforcement purposes, or any use that targets people in a way that violates their rights or applicable law.
- Access or use the Service through scraping, crawling, bots, or other automated means except through features we provide.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive load.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service, except where the law permits despite this restriction. This does not restrict selling your own products and services through the Store (see section 4).
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to misrepresent the Service as your own.
- Use the Service in violation of any export control or sanctions law.
6. Responsibility for connected accounts and data
You are responsible for the social accounts and content you connect, for having the rights and permissions needed to process that content (including content involving other people), and for complying with each platform's terms. We are not responsible for actions taken against your accounts by a social network as a result of how you use the Service.
7. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy, we may, with or without prior notice depending on the severity and any legal or platform requirement: remove or disable content; suspend, restrict, or terminate your access; and take any other step we consider appropriate, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities. Termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund. We will, where practical and lawful, notify you and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
