Ignix is for you if…

Not a feature list — the people it was built for. If three of these sound like you, you will feel at home.

  • You check five inboxes and still find a message from last week.
  • You want every DM, comment and review in one list, with a stage and an owner.
  • You have a team of two to ten and do not want to pay per seat.
  • You want the answers you type twenty times a day one tap away.
  • You want to see what the automation already said before you reply.
  • You want Google reviews and your website chat in the same place as Instagram.

Five inboxes is how messages get lost: the Instagram request folder, the Page’s Messenger, WhatsApp on someone’s phone, comments nobody checks, a Google review that sat for a week. Each one is somebody’s job until it is nobody’s.

Ignix pulls all of it into one inbox — direct messages, comments, mentions, reviews and your website chat — with a stage on every conversation, a person assigned to it, and the contact’s history beside the thread. You answer from one place, and the automations you run live in the same threads.

Everything comes through each network’s official API, which is why what each one delivers is different — and why it is written down below instead of promised.

How it works

Connect, triage, answer — with the automations doing the first pass.

  1. 01

    Connect the accounts

Each network through its own official login. DMs, comments, mentions and reviews start arriving as they happen.

  2. 02

    Triage in stages

New, in progress, pending, resolved. Assign to yourself or a teammate, filter by network, account or stage, sort by newest.

  3. 03

Answer, or let the automation answer first

Saved replies, media and voice notes, AI replies you approve — and when a flow or the AI agent has already handled it, you see the whole exchange and can take over.

What the inbox does

Built for a team of one and for a team of ten.

DMs, comments, mentions, reviews

Separate tabs, one place. Google and Facebook reviews sit next to the DMs they usually lead to.

Stages and assignment

Every conversation has a stage and an owner. “Assigned to me” and “unassigned” are one click.

Saved replies

The answers you type twenty times a day, one tap away — and shared with the team.

Media and voice

Send images, files and audio where the network allows it; the composer only offers what that channel can deliver.

The contact beside the thread

Name, channels, custom fields, notes, last interaction. Block a contact, tag them, see which automation they came from.

AI replies you approve

Sparky drafts the reply from your knowledge base; you send or edit. On the $79 plan it can answer on its own and hand over when it should.

Website chat included

One script on your site, and its conversations land here — with a presence indicator so visitors know someone is around.

Tickets and notes

Turn a thread into a ticket, leave internal notes, keep the history when a person comes back months later.

What each network delivers

The API decides. Here is what arrives from where — no more, no less.

Instagram
DMs, comments, story replies and mentions. Private replies to comments, buttons, images and files as Meta’s rules allow.
Facebook Pages
Messenger, comments, reviews and story replies, with cards and carousels.
WhatsApp
Messages with buttons, lists and files up to 100 MB; approved templates outside the 24-hour window.
YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads
Comments arrive and are answered publicly. These networks do not open direct messages to tools.
X, Reddit, Bluesky, Telegram
DMs and comments on X, Reddit and Bluesky; messages on Telegram.
Google Business Profile
Reviews arrive here and get answered from here.
TikTok, Pinterest, Discord
You publish to them from Ignix, but their conversations are not in the inbox: their APIs do not deliver them to tools today.

One inbox for a team, without a seat price

Support tools price the inbox per seat and per conversation: another agent, another $30 to $100 a month; a busy month, a bigger bill. Ignix prices the workspace: the $49 plan takes a team of three with roles, the $79 plan an unlimited team, and conversations are never counted.

That is why an agency can put every client’s inbox in one login, and a restaurant can hand the inbox to whoever is on shift.

The automations and the inbox are the same threads

A comment-to-DM flow, a booking made in the chat, a sequence that followed up — all of it shows in the conversation, in order, next to what the person wrote. When a flow hands over to a human, the human sees everything. There is no second tool to open to understand what the bot said.

On every plan

The unified inbox is included from $19, with unlimited contacts from $39. Team features — inviting people, roles, approvals — start at $49; the $79 plan takes an unlimited team and includes the AI agent. Cancel in two clicks.

Questions people ask

Which networks does the inbox cover?

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Telegram, Reddit, Bluesky and Google Business Profile, plus your website chat — each delivering what its API allows, as listed above. TikTok, Pinterest and Discord are for publishing only.

Can several people answer from the same inbox?

Yes, from the $49 plan: three people with roles, unlimited on $79. Conversations can be assigned, and everyone sees who has what.

Does it show messages sent by the automations?

Yes, including the buttons and cards they sent, in the same thread as the person’s replies.

Can I answer Google reviews from Ignix?

Yes. Google Business Profile reviews arrive in the Reviews tab and are answered from there.

Is there a limit on conversations or contacts?

No count on the $39 plan and up. The $19 plan counts automated replies (1,000 a month), never the conversations you answer yourself.

Can I send voice notes and files?

Yes — images, files and voice notes where the network accepts them. The reply box only offers what that channel can deliver, so nothing fails silently.
