For Shopify and WooCommerce stores
Your store’s Instagram and WhatsApp, answered from your store’s own data
Half the DMs a store gets are the same three questions: where is my order, is this in stock, how much is it. Connect Shopify or WooCommerce once and Sparky, the AI agent, answers them from the real order and the real inventory — on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and the chat on your site. The comment under the product reel gets the link as a button; the launch goes out to WhatsApp as a broadcast; the week’s posts leave from one calendar.
Shopify in one click · WooCommerce with API keys · Read-only access
A week with Ignix
“Where’s my order #1042?”
Sparky reads the order in your store — paid, shipped, amount — and answers in the customer’s language. No agent, no ticket, no wait.
“Do you have the black one in M?”
It searches your products: price, stock and link, cheapest first. If you do not sell it, it says so instead of guessing.
The launch
“DROP” under the reel sends the product link. The WhatsApp contacts get the broadcast with the photo. Every reply lands in the same inbox.
What a store answers by hand today
The questions are the same every day. The data is already in your store.
Order status
Sparky looks the order up by number: payment, fulfilment, total, date. Shopify or WooCommerce, read-only.
Price and stock
Product search live in the store: price, units in stock, the link to buy. Products that do not track inventory are never called sold out.
“Send me the link”
A keyword under any post sends the DM with the product as a button. Story reactions get one too. No flow builder needed.
The pieces, by name
Everything works without the store connection too; the connection is what lets the AI answer with real data.
Shopify and WooCommerce connectors
Shopify in one click with OAuth, or with an Admin API token; WooCommerce with a read-only REST key. Test the connection before you switch it on.
Sparky, the AI agent
Answers on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and the website chat from your knowledge, your catalog and your store. Hands over to a human when it should.
Chat widget for your theme
One snippet before the closing body tag — the guide shows where in Shopify and in WooCommerce. Your colour, your logo, your hours.
Comment-to-DM with product buttons
Keyword → DM with the product link, the discount code or a file. Works on Instagram and Facebook posts and reels.
WhatsApp broadcasts and templates
Send the drop, the restock or the sale to your WhatsApp contacts with a photo; manage the approved templates from Ignix.
Scheduler and AI product images
Post to 14 networks from one calendar, at the best times. Change a product photo’s background or make a variation with AI — 30 to 300 images a month by plan.
What it costs
The scheduler, the inbox, the automations and the chat widget are in every plan from $19. Sparky answering with your store’s data is the AI seat: included on Inferno at $79, or $29 a month on any plan. The connectors themselves cost nothing.
Store connection: included
AI agent: Inferno, or +$29 on any plan
Unlimited contacts and messages from Blaze
Connect the store, let the DM answer itself
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce, turn Sparky on for the workspace, paste the widget in the theme. The first “where is my order?” gets answered tonight.
Questions, answered straight
What can the AI see in my store?
Only what you grant: on Shopify, read access to orders and products; on WooCommerce, a read-only REST key. It looks up one order by its number and searches products by name. It never edits, refunds or creates anything.
Does a customer have to give the order number?
Yes. Sparky looks the order up by its number and asks for it if it is missing; nothing is shown without it.
Which languages does it answer in?
The customer’s. Sparky reads the language of the message and answers in it, with your knowledge and your store as the only sources.
Can it take the order or the payment?
No. It sends the link to the product page and the customer buys in your store as always. Ignix does not touch checkout.
Does the chat widget slow down my theme?
It is one script loaded at the end of the page and served from a cache at the edge. Install it before the closing body tag; the help guide has the exact steps for Shopify’s theme.liquid and for WordPress.
Can I answer the same question in the website chat and on WhatsApp?
Yes: one knowledge base, one catalog, one store connection; Sparky uses them on every channel. What changes is the format — a list on WhatsApp, buttons on Instagram, a card on the web.
