Step by step for a brand-new account

A short guided tour runs the first time you enter the app and points out the main sections. You can skip it, and you can start it again whenever you want from Settings > Welcome tour. It is per user: replaying it does not reopen it for the rest of your team.

1. Create your account and confirm your email.
2. Go to My Accounts (the first menu entry).
3. Click "Connect a new account" and connect your first social network.
4. Go to Posts and click "New post" to write and schedule your first post.
5. Go to Sparky AI > Knowledge and fill in your business name, description and website so the AI assistant can answer your customers correctly.
6. Go to Automations if you want comments to trigger automatic DMs.

You do not need to configure anything else to publish. Everything else is optional.
