For brands and in-house teams

Social media management for brands where nothing goes out off-brand

Five channels, three people, one voice. Ignix puts the calendar, the inbox and the automations in one place, adds a role for who drafts and who approves, trains the AI on your own captions so it never sounds like someone else, and — on Inferno — tells you what people say about you where you are not looking.

A week with Ignix

The plan

Autopilot drafts the month per account from your brand profile — pillars, formats, hours — and sends it for approval. You edit, you accept, it schedules.

The queue

Whatever the team drafts waits for the approver. Published posts, comments, DMs, WhatsApp and Google reviews land in one inbox with saved replies.

The read

Followers, engagement, best times and top posts per network — plus, on Inferno, sentiment over comments, DMs, reviews and mentions on X and Reddit. One link, ready as PDF.

Where brand teams lose the week

Not in the posting. In the coordination around it.

Approval by screenshot

Roles decide who can draft and who can publish; an approval step holds a post until someone with the right says yes. From Scale.

The off-brand reply

Sparky, the AI agent, answers DMs, web chat and comments from your knowledge base and your tone — and hands the conversation to a human when it should.

The mention nobody saw

Saved searches on X and Reddit, sentiment on everything that arrives, and reputation alerts when the tone turns. Inferno.

The pieces, by name

Everything below is per workspace, so a group with several brands keeps each one apart.

Scheduler for 14 networks

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and more, with a posting queue, best times and recycling of evergreen posts.

Roles and approval

Scale: up to three team members with roles and an approval flow. Inferno: unlimited team.

Unified inbox with reviews

DMs, comments, WhatsApp, website chat and Google Business reviews in one queue, with saved replies and tickets for the ones that need follow-up.

AI in the brand voice

Brand profile, style examples and knowledge per workspace; captions, replies and Autopilot come out in that voice. 30 to 300 AI images a month depending on the plan.

Brand listening and sentiment

Mentions on X and Reddit by saved search, sentiment daily, alerts when it turns. Inferno only.

Reports and the Claude connector

A report link per brand, ready as PDF — and Ignix as an MCP server, so you can ask Claude for the numbers or a draft.

What a brand team pays

Scale at $49 a month: 5 accounts, a team of three with roles and approval, AI content. Inferno at $79: 10 accounts, unlimited team, brand listening and the AI agent. Extra accounts $6, extra AI workspace $29. Two months free on annual.

Autopilot, in detail

One calendar, one inbox, one voice

Connect the channels, invite the team, set who approves. Autopilot drafts the first month while you set up.

Questions, answered straight

Can we run several brands under one company?

Yes: one workspace per brand, each with its own accounts, inbox, knowledge and AI voice. Social accounts are a pool across the company; team members are invited once and work in the workspace they open.

What exactly does the approval flow do?

A member with an editor role can draft and schedule; the post stays on hold until someone with approval rights accepts it. Rejected drafts go back to the author. Available from Scale.

What does brand listening cover?

Comments, DMs and reviews on your own channels get sentiment on every plan where the inbox lives. Mentions elsewhere are searched on X and Reddit — where people go to complain — by saved search, with alerts when the tone turns. That part is Inferno.

How does the AI learn our voice?

You fill the brand profile — who you are, what you sell, how you talk — paste style examples such as your best captions and replies, and upload documents to the knowledge base. Ignix can also learn the style from an account’s past posts. Every draft starts from that.

Can the AI answer customers on its own?

Sparky, the AI agent, answers DMs on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and the website chat from your knowledge, and books appointments if you use them. It is the AI seat: included on Inferno for one workspace, $29 a month for any other. A human can take over any conversation.

Does it replace our ad tools or analytics suite?

No. Ignix covers organic publishing, the inbox, automations, listening and reporting. Paid campaigns stay in the ad managers.
