Story reactions and replies

When someone reacts to or replies to your Instagram story, the network delivers it as a DM. Ignix can answer automatically.

Step by step

1. Go to Automations and open the "Story reactions" tab.
2. Choose the account.
3. Choose whether it applies to any story or to one specific active story.
4. Optionally restrict it to certain keywords in the reply.
5. Write the automatic reply.
6. Save and activate.

Vary the messages with AI (with an AI add-on: the Inferno plan or the AI add-on): each person gets a different version of every message — same meaning, same links and codes — so the automation doesn't read like one. More in "Chatbot flows in the visual builder".
