MCP is the standard that lets an AI assistant use a tool instead of just talking about it. Ignix speaks it. Once connected, “plan next week for Instagram in my voice”, “make an image for this post and schedule it Friday at 2 pm” or “how did last month go?” are things the assistant does inside your account, not advice it gives you.
It is the same engine the app runs on — the calendar, the AI studio, the analytics, the inbox, the flow builder, the bookings — exposed as 138 tools with the permissions you approve. Read-only access cannot publish. Anything that reaches a real person, like a reply or a message, is marked so the assistant asks you first.
It works with any assistant that supports remote MCP servers — Claude and ChatGPT among them — and with automation platforms like n8n or Make through an API key.

In your assistant’s connectors, paste the MCP address shown in Settings → MCP server.

Ignix opens, you sign in, choose the workspace and the permissions — full or read-only. Nothing to store.

What it cannot do, and how access works
The limits are deliberate: an assistant with your account should be able to do the work, not to change the account.
- Cannot touch the account itself
- It cannot connect or disconnect social accounts, change your plan or see anything outside the workspace you approved.
- Confirms before reaching a person
- Sending a message, replying to a comment or a review and deleting public content are marked so the assistant asks you first.
- Read-only is a real option
- Approve read-only access and the assistant can analyse and draft but not publish.
- Video needs your own key
- Generating video requires a provider key — Runway, Veo, Kling, HeyGen and others — added in Settings; images are included in your plan.

- Sign in with Ignix (OAuth) for Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant with remote MCP support; an API key for n8n, Make, scripts and servers — it belongs to the organisation and can be revoked.
Why an MCP server and not another chat inside the app
You already have an assistant you talk to all day. Making it able to use Ignix — with your accounts, your calendar and your knowledge base — beats teaching you a second chat with fewer skills.
Ignix serves both generations of the protocol, the current one and the one Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and n8n still speak, so “it doesn’t connect” is not something you have to debug.
Moving from another tool? Describe it, or show it
There is no importer for other tools’ flows, and we would rather say so. There is something better: describe the automation in a sentence, or paste a screenshot of the flow from your old tool, and the assistant builds it in Ignix — nodes, branches, buttons — for you to review before switching it on.

Which assistants work with it?
Any that supports remote MCP servers: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others. Automation platforms and your own scripts use an API key instead.
Is it safe to give an AI access to my accounts?
You choose the workspace and the permissions, read-only if you like; the assistant cannot connect or disconnect accounts or change your plan; and every action that reaches a person is marked for confirmation. Revoke access from Settings at any time.
Do I need to paste an API key into Claude or ChatGPT?
No. Add the Ignix address as a connector and sign in with your Ignix account. Keys are only for tools that cannot open a browser.
Can it post without asking me?
It can create and schedule if you gave it publishing permission, and the calendar shows what is queued. Replies and messages to real people are always confirmed first.
Does it work with n8n or Make?
Yes, with an API key created in Settings and sent in the Authorization header. The key belongs to the whole organisation and does not expire — treat it like a password.
What does it cost?
Nothing beyond your plan. There is no per-request fee. AI images and the AI agent follow the plan you are on.
