For gyms, trainers and fitness studios

Social media and class booking for gyms where “TRIAL” under the reel fills the 7 pm

The 7 pm class has ten mats, the reel of it gets forty comments, and the front desk answers them one by one between memberships. Ignix turns “TRIAL” into a DM that offers the classes with spots left, books the person into Google Calendar, reminds them the day before and saves them in your contacts with their goal. Personal training, small groups and open classes on the same engine.

Classes with spots · Bookings on Google Calendar · Reminders by email

A week with Ignix

Sunday, the week’s classes

Each room is a resource with its spots and the hours of its classes; each class type is a service with its length. The schedule for the week, on Google Calendar.

Tuesday, the reel

“TRIAL” under it sends a DM with the classes that still have spots. Name, phone, one question — “first time?” — and the person is in. The tenth booking closes the class.

Thursday, the reminder

An email the day before with the class in their calendar; a message in the chat if they booked from the web. If they cancel — with Sparky, or you do it in Google — the spot opens again.

What the front desk answers two hundred times a week

Is there room, how much is it, can I try. All three can be answered by the DM.

“Is there room at 7?”

The DM only offers classes with spots left. Two rooms and three trainers are five resources; the person picks or gets the first free.

“How much is the monthly?”

Sparky answers from your price list and your rules, on Instagram, WhatsApp and your site, in the person’s language — and offers the trial when it fits.

“Can I try one first?”

A “Trial class” service, free or priced, with a minimum notice and a question or two. Booked in the DM, confirmed by email, in your contacts with the answers.

The pieces, by name

The booking engine is the same one salons use; a class is simply a resource with more than one spot.

Classes with spots, sessions with one

A room with 10 spots and the hours of its classes; a trainer with one spot and their own hours. Buffers between sessions, a minimum notice, a cancellation policy that travels with the reminder.

Booked from the DM, the chat and a page

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram with buttons; the bubble on your site; a booking page with your photos and schedule for the bio and the Google Reserve button.

Google Calendar per trainer

One calendar per trainer or room inside your Google account, shared with the trainer. Whatever they write there blocks the slot; whatever the bot books appears there.

Comment-to-DM and story reactions

“TRIAL”, “PLAN”, “PRICES”: each keyword sends its DM — the booking, the PDF, the price list. Story reactions get a reply too.

Reels and posts on the queue

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and your Google Business Profile from one calendar, at the best times for your members. AI captions from Blaze.

Reviews and members in one place

Google reviews in the same inbox as the DMs; every member who booked in your contacts with their goal, their level and their channel.

What it costs

Bookings with buttons — classes, sessions, trials — are included from Blaze at $39 a month, with three social accounts, the scheduler, the inbox and the automations. Sparky answering prices and booking in conversation is the AI seat: Inferno at $79, or $29 on any plan. Trainers and rooms are unlimited.

  • Classes and sessions from Blaze

  • Unlimited trainers and rooms — no seat per trainer

  • Sparky: Inferno, or +$29

The booking engine, in detail

Fill the 7 pm from the reel

Add a room with its spots, a class service, connect Google Calendar, hang “TRIAL” off your next reel. The first booking can arrive tonight.

Questions, answered straight

Does it handle memberships and payments?

No. Ignix books the class or the session and keeps the member’s record; memberships, payments and access control stay with your gym software. If your calendar lives in that software, keep it there; Ignix is for the studio whose calendar is Google Calendar and whose members write on Instagram and WhatsApp.

How do fixed class times work?

Give the room the hours of its classes — Monday and Wednesday 18:00 to 19:00, say — and the class service the length of a class. The DM then offers exactly those starts, and only while spots remain.

Can members cancel on their own?

With Sparky, yes: “cancel my Thursday class” frees the spot and emails the confirmation. Without the AI seat, you cancel from Ignix or delete it in Google Calendar and the member gets the notice.

Do you send SMS or WhatsApp reminders?

Reminders go by email — 48, 24, 2 or 1 hour before — and in the web chat thread if they booked there. No SMS; email and chat cost nothing, which is why there is no per-message fee.

Can each trainer see their own schedule?

Yes. Ignix creates one Google calendar per trainer; share it from Google and they see their sessions on their phone. Days off and holidays are set per trainer.

Is there a free plan?

No. Spark is $19 with the scheduler and the automations; classes and sessions booked by chat start at Blaze, $39. Cancel in two clicks.
