For coaches, consultants and course creators

Tools for coaches and consultants from the comment to the discovery call

Your funnel is a reel, a comment, a DM and a call. Ignix runs the middle: “GUIDE” under the post delivers the lead magnet as a button, Sparky answers what the program costs and who it is for from your own material, the DM offers your free slots and books the discovery call into Google Calendar, and a sequence follows up with the ones who went quiet. You show up for the call.

A week with Ignix

The comment

“GUIDE” under the reel sends the PDF as a button, plus a question: what are you working on? The answer lands on the contact.

The questions

“How much is it? Is it live? Is it for beginners?” Sparky answers from your program page and FAQ, in the person’s language, and offers a call when the fit is there.

The call

Slots from your Google Calendar, a 30-minute service, a question or two before confirming. Confirmation with the invite attached; reminder the day before.

Where a solo funnel breaks

Not in the content. In the two hundred small replies between the content and the call.

Delivering the freebie

Comment-to-DM with the file or link as a button, a welcome message for new conversations, story reactions answered. Set up from a template.

Answering the same questions

Sparky is trained on your program, prices, dates and policies. It answers on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and the website chat, and hands over when a human should.

Chasing the quiet ones

A drip sequence by DM — day 1, day 3, day 7 — that stops the moment they reply. Broadcasts with a photo for the launch.

The pieces, by name

The booking engine is the same one salons use; the funnel pieces are the automations every creator gets.

Discovery calls in Google Calendar

Services with their own duration — “Discovery call”, 30 min; “Session”, 60 — your availability, buffers, a minimum notice. Booked from the DM, the web chat or a booking page that works as your site.

Comment-to-DM and story reactions

The lead magnet, the waitlist link or the checkout as a button, sent when someone comments a keyword or reacts to a story.

Sparky, trained on your program

Upload the sales page, the FAQ and the syllabus; it answers from those, in the lead’s language, and books the call. AI seat.

Drip sequences and broadcasts

Timed follow-ups by DM that stop on reply; broadcasts with media to everyone who wrote you, within each network’s rules.

A scheduler for 14 networks

Reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts and YouTube from one calendar, adapted per network, at the best times. Autopilot drafts the month in your voice.

Contacts with their answers

Every lead with the channel they came from, what they answered, tags and notes — the list you actually launch to.

What it costs

Spark, $19: one account, comment-to-DM, sequences and the scheduler, with a 7-day trial. Blaze, $39: three accounts, calls booked by chat, AI content. Sparky answering and booking in conversation is the AI seat: Inferno at $79, or $29 on any plan.

  • Calls by chat from Blaze

Questions, answered straight

Can I replace Calendly with this?

For calls booked from a conversation or a page, yes: your Google Calendar is the source of truth, the slot is offered in the DM or on your booking page, and the confirmation carries the invite. What Ignix does not do: paid bookings, round-robin across a sales team, or creating video-call links.

Does it work for group programs and cohorts?

A class or a group call is a service with a resource that has as many spots as seats; it stays open until the last one. One-to-one sessions sit next to it with one spot each.

Can it sell for me?

It can answer, qualify and book; it does not take payment. The checkout link goes out as a button — from the DM, the sequence or Sparky — and the sale happens on your page.

Will the AI say things about my program that are not true?

It answers from what you upload — sales page, FAQ, prices, dates — and says it does not know when it does not, then hands over. You can read every conversation in the inbox and correct the knowledge.

Can I use it on LinkedIn?

For publishing, yes: LinkedIn posts from the same calendar. LinkedIn’s API does not allow DM automation, so the conversations happen on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and your site.

Is there a free plan?

No. Spark is $19 a month with a 7-day trial; the automations and the scheduler are in it. Calls booked by chat start at Blaze, $39.
