Contacts

Contacts are the people who have written to you on any channel. For each contact you can see and edit their name, email, phone, company, notes, tags, the channels they have used and their last interaction.

What you can do

• Search and filter by tag.
• Add or edit tags, individually or in bulk.
• Block a contact.
• Import contacts in bulk by pasting a list.
• Export everything to CSV.
• Create custom fields to store your own data on each contact.

Contacts and messages are unlimited from the Blaze plan.
