Every plan includes everything; you move up for more messages, accounts and AI credits. The AI content studio, Autopilot and Sparky come with every plan, and what limits them is the credits — 500 a month on Spark, 2,000 on Blaze, 5,000 on Scale and 15,000 on Inferno (an image costs 20). Each Sparky reply uses 1 credit, or 1 per 3 in automations that only follow their own instructions; by DM it also counts toward your plan’s DMs. Running short? The +15,000 AI credits pack is $29/mo. Bring your own key to unlock video generation too. Media storage is subject to fair-use terms.
X runs on credits, because X charges us for every use: on every plan, each connected X account includes 500 a month (a post costs 2, a post with a link 25, a DM 2–3, each mention found by listening 1). When they run out, X pauses until the next month, or you add 1,000 more for $10/mo.

- How is my usage billed?
- Every plan comes with its month of DMs — 1,000 on Spark, 10,000 on Blaze, 25,000 on Scale and 50,000 on Inferno — and its AI credits. Need more DMs? Add 10,000 for $5/mo. Each AI reply in an automation uses 1 credit, or 1 per 3 replies when the node only follows its own instructions. By DM, the reply also counts as a DM; in web chat, each Sparky reply uses 1 credit and doesn’t count as a DM.
- What does the free trial include?
- Spark includes a 7-day free trial on monthly billing: full access to the plan. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. Blaze, Scale, Inferno, all annual plans and all add-ons start right away, without a trial.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time from your billing settings. Upgrade and you’re charged the difference up to your billing date today. Downgrade and the change applies on your billing date; until then you keep what you paid for, and nothing is refunded.
- What are add-ons?
- Every plan includes every feature, Sparky included; what changes is the social accounts, DMs and AI credits. If you run short, add extra accounts ($6/mo) or +15,000 AI credits ($29/mo) any time from the billing page.
- Which networks are supported?
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Telegram and more.
- Can I connect several accounts of the same network?
- Yes, on any plan with more than one account. Your accounts are a pool you spend however you like: three Instagram profiles, or two Instagram and a YouTube, all in the same workspace. Most chat tools charge a separate subscription per connected account — here they share one plan.
- How does Ignix AI pricing compare to ManyChat’s?
- ManyChat includes its AI from the Pro plan — $39/mo billed monthly, with 2,500 active contacts, then $0.05 per extra contact. On Ignix every plan includes everything: from Spark at $19 you get the AI agent that answers your customers, the AI content studio and Autopilot, with your DMs and AI credits for the month included. - Does Ignix take a commission on what I sell?
- No. The link-in-bio store and paid appointments charge in your own Stripe account and the money goes straight there — Ignix takes 0%. Stripe’s usual processing fees apply. The store comes with every plan, with 10 GB of storage on Spark, 50 GB on Blaze, 100 GB on Scale and 250 GB on Inferno.
