- Do you charge per contact?
- From Blaze up, never: contacts and messages are unlimited, so whether you have 100 or 100,000 followers your price stays the same. Spark includes 1,000 automated replies a month, and upgrading takes one click.
- What does the free trial include?
- Spark includes a 7-day free trial on monthly billing: full access to the plan. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. Blaze, Scale, Inferno, all annual plans and all add-ons start right away, without a trial.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated.
- What are add-ons?
- Plans include a set number of social accounts and (on higher tiers) an AI agent. You can add extra social accounts or AI seats any time from the billing page.
- Which networks are supported?
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Telegram and more.
- Can I connect several accounts of the same network?
- Yes, on any plan with more than one account. Your accounts are a pool you spend however you like: three Instagram profiles, or two Instagram and a YouTube, all in the same workspace. Most chat tools charge a separate subscription per connected account — here they share one plan.
