For agencies

Social media management for agencies priced by the account, not by the seat

Ten clients means ten calendars, ten inboxes and ten tones of voice — and most tools charge a seat for every person who touches them. Ignix gives every client a workspace of its own, lets the whole team in on Inferno, and adds an account for $6 when the next client signs. The comment-to-DM automations, the AI that writes in each client’s voice and the reports are in the same price.

One workspace per client · Unlimited team on Inferno · Extra accounts at $6/mo

A week with Ignix

Monday, 9:00

Open Ignix once. Switch workspace: the bakery, the dentist, the gym. Each with its own accounts, inbox, library and knowledge — nothing leaks between clients.

The junior drafts, the lead approves

Roles and an approval step: a post from a new hire waits for a green light before it goes anywhere. The client never sees the draft that should not have gone out.

Friday, the report

One link per client: cover, executive summary and a section per network, ready to save as PDF. On Inferno, sentiment and mentions come with it.

What agencies pay for twice

The usual suite bills a seat for the account manager, another for the designer, and a third tool for the DMs. Here the unit is the social account.

Seats

Scale includes three team members; Inferno has no cap. Add the freelancer for a month and remove them after — no seat invoice.

Accounts

Inferno includes 10 social accounts; each one beyond that is $6 a month. A new client with Instagram and Facebook costs $12, not a new plan.

The DM tool

Comment-to-DM, story reactions, welcome messages, WhatsApp and the website chat are inside — not a second subscription per client.

Built for the account manager’s week

The scheduler, the inbox and the automations exist per workspace, so what you set up for one client stays with that client.

A workspace per client

Accounts, media library, contacts, automations and knowledge live inside the workspace. Switch in one click; nothing bleeds across.

AI that writes in each client’s voice

A brand profile and style examples per workspace: captions, replies and Autopilot plans come out sounding like the bakery, not like the dentist.

Roles and approval

From Scale: who can draft, who can publish, and an approval step before anything goes live.

Client reports as a link

Pick the sections — followers, posts, engagement, inbox, best times — and send one link the client can save as PDF.

One inbox per client, saved replies included

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, comments and Google reviews per workspace; saved replies and tickets for the ones that need follow-up.

Talk to it from Claude

Ignix is an MCP server: plan a month, draft posts across clients or pull numbers from a Claude conversation, with the same permissions as your login.

Questions, answered straight

Can I keep clients completely separate?

Yes. A workspace is a separate brand or client with its own social accounts, inbox, contacts, media library, automations and AI knowledge. The team works inside the workspace it is in; switching is one click for you.

How much does it cost to add a client?

The accounts they bring. Inferno includes 10 social accounts across all workspaces; each extra one is $6 a month, added any time. Workspaces themselves are not metered. If that client wants the AI agent answering its DMs, that is $29 a month for its workspace.

Can my client log in and approve posts?

Team seats have roles — owner, admin, editor, approver, viewer — so you can invite a client as an approver or a viewer if you want them inside Ignix. Scale allows three members, Inferno as many as you need. Or keep them out and send the report link, as most agencies do.

Is there white-label or a custom domain?

No. Ignix stays Ignix — there is no rebranding or reseller tier. What does carry your client’s brand is what their customers see: the website chat, the booking page and the appointment emails go out with that client’s name, colour and logo.

Does the AI learn each client separately?

Yes. Knowledge, brand profile, style examples and the product catalog are per workspace. Sparky, the AI agent, answers a client’s DMs with that client’s facts only — and needs its own AI seat per workspace.

What happens when a client leaves?

Disconnect their accounts and delete the workspace; their contacts and history go with it, and the accounts free up for the next client. Nothing about your other clients is touched.
