The Stan Store alternative

Stan is a creator store with an Instagram auto-DM. Ignix is a store with the rest of your social media work around it.

Stan Store vs Ignix at a glance

Stan Store is a link-in-bio store built for creators, and a good one: digital downloads, courses, coaching calls, webinars, subscriptions, lead magnets and a community, all from one link, with an iOS app to run it from your phone. Its Creator plan is $29 a month and includes Stan AutoDM, which sends your link by Instagram DM when someone comments a keyword.

On fees the two are level, and it is worth saying first: Stan takes 0% of your sales, and so does Ignix. In both cases the payment processor charges its own fee. So this comparison is not about commission — it is about what sits around the store, and what each plan unlocks.

Stan keeps its selling tools on the $99 Creator Pro plan: discount codes, limited-quantity offers, order bumps and upsells, payment plans, affiliate management, and email broadcasts and flows. On Ignix, coupons, order bumps, upsells and stock limits come with the store on Blaze at $39 — but there is no email marketing, no payment plans and no affiliate program for your products.

The other half is what Stan’s plans do not list: a scheduler for 14 networks, one inbox for DMs and comments, DM automations on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram, a chat on your website, and appointments written into your Google Calendar with a Meet link. If your store is fed by social media, that is the work Ignix keeps in the same place.

Which one is right for you?

Choose Stan Store if…

Choose Stan if the store is the business and Instagram is the channel you work. Its community, email broadcasts and flows, payment plans and affiliate management are things Ignix does not do; it has an iOS app; and its 14-day trial lets you try the store itself, while ours runs on a plan without it. At $29 a month for the store plus Instagram auto-DM, it is the cheaper way in if that is all you need.

Choose Ignix if…

Choose Ignix if the store is one piece of a wider social media job: you post to several networks, answer DMs and comments beyond Instagram, take bookings, and want coupons, order bumps and upsells without moving to a $99 plan. Blaze is $39 a month for the store, the scheduler, the inbox, the automations and three social accounts, with 0% commission from Ignix.

Stan Store pricing, next to Ignix

Stan has two plans. Creator is $29 a month, or $300 a year, and covers the storefront, the booking calendar, the course builder, recurring subscriptions, lead magnets, community and AutoDM. Creator Pro is $99 a month, or $948 a year, and adds discount codes, limited-quantity offers, order bumps and upsells, payment plans, affiliate management, contact import, email broadcasts and flows, and pixel tracking. There is a 14-day free trial and no free plan. Figures as Stan publishes them, last checked in October 2026.

Ignix’s store starts on Blaze at $39 a month, or $390 a year. That includes every product type — downloads, bundles, lead magnets, courses, memberships and paid appointments — with coupons, order bumps, upsells, compare-at prices and stock limits, and 50 GB of storage for your files. Spark, at $19, has the scheduler and the automations but no store.

Both charge 0% on your sales. On Ignix the money goes straight to your own Stripe account and the buyer pays you, not us; Stripe’s processing fees apply as they would anywhere.

So for the store alone, Stan’s Creator plan is $10 a month cheaper. The gap turns the other way when you need the selling extras — $99 there, $39 here — or when you would otherwise pay separately for a scheduler and an inbox.

Questions people ask before switching

Does Stan Store take a commission?
No. Stan states zero transaction fees on its plans; your payment processor charges its usual fee. Ignix is the same: 0% commission from Ignix, and Stripe’s fees apply.
Can I move my Stan products to Ignix?
There is no import, so you re-create them: upload the files, rebuild a course module by module, set the prices. Payments go to your own Stripe account, connected to Ignix. Subscriptions do not carry over: a membership on Ignix is a new subscription in your Stripe, so members sign up again.
Does Ignix have a community like Stan?
No. Courses on Ignix have no comments or forum, and memberships have no community space. What a membership can include is a members-only note — for example the link to a private Telegram or WhatsApp group. If a built-in community is central to what you sell, Stan does that and we do not.
Does Ignix send email newsletters to buyers?
No. Buyers become contacts in Ignix, tagged with what they bought and whether they opted in to news, and you reach them through the messaging channels Ignix runs. Stan’s email broadcasts and flows, on Creator Pro, are a real advantage if email is how you sell.
Which one is cheaper?
For a store and Instagram auto-DM alone, Stan Creator at $29 is cheaper than Ignix Blaze at $39. Once you want coupons, order bumps and upsells, Stan needs Creator Pro at $99, while Ignix includes them at $39 — together with a scheduler for 14 networks, a shared inbox and three social accounts. Neither takes a commission.

The verdict

Neither tool takes a cut of your sales, so the decision is about scope. Stan is the more complete creator store — community, email marketing, payment plans and a phone app — and a strong choice if your audience lives on Instagram and the store is the whole job. Ignix is the store plus the rest of the social work: scheduling, an inbox, DM automation across networks and Google Calendar bookings, with the selling extras at $39 instead of $99. Count which of those you would otherwise pay for separately.
