Zoho Social vs Ignix at a glance
Zoho Social is the social media piece of the Zoho suite, and if you already run Zoho CRM or Desk it is the obvious choice: the integrations are real and they are on the Premium plan. As a publishing tool it is competent, well built and cheaper than most of the category at the entry level.
Two things to check before you compare the sticker price. First, a plan covers one brand: extra brands are an add-on at €17 to €23 a month each. Second, Standard and Professional include a single team member, and each extra one is €11.50 a month. A two-brand, three-person setup is not the €40 on the page.
Ignix is $49 a month for five accounts and a team of three, or $79 for ten accounts and an unlimited team, with the inbox and the automation included at every level. Zoho puts the inbox on Premium, at €65.

Choose Zoho Social if…
Choose Zoho Social if you are already inside the Zoho ecosystem. The CRM and Desk integrations turn social conversations into records where the rest of your company already works, and nothing we do replaces that. Choose it too if publishing is genuinely the whole job, one brand, one person: at €15 the Standard plan is honest value, and their free tier is real — six channels, no card, which is more than we offer.
Choose Ignix if…
Choose Ignix when the posts start getting replies. The moment a comment needs to become a DM, a DM needs to become a contact, and someone needs to answer at eleven at night without you being awake, the comparison stops being about calendars. Choose it too when the price stops being one brand and one person: our accounts are a pool you spend however you like, and team members are not an invoice line.
Questions people ask before switching
- Is Zoho Social cheaper than Ignix?
- At the entry level, yes — €15 against $19, and Zoho has a free plan we do not match. It stops being cheaper as soon as you add a second brand (€17 to €23 a month), a second team member (€11.50), or you need the inbox, which is only on the €65 Premium plan. Our accounts and seats come with the plan.
- Can Zoho Social automate DMs like Ignix?
- No. Zoho Social has an inbox on Premium where you reply by hand, and monitoring on Professional. It has no comment-to-DM automation, no flow builder and no AI agent that answers for you. That is the part of our product that has no equivalent on their pricing page.
The verdict
Zoho Social is a good scheduler attached to an excellent business suite, and for a Zoho shop that is enough to decide it. But it schedules and it listens; it does not automate the conversation. There is no comment-to-DM, no chatbot flows, no AI agent replying on its own, and the inbox only exists on the most expensive plan. If your social media is a publishing calendar, they are cheaper. If it is a sales channel, the calendar is the smaller half of the job.
