These AI Terms govern your use of the artificial-intelligence features of the Ignix service ("AI Features") provided by Dreaming Solutions LLC ("Ignix", "we", "us"). They are part of, and incorporated into, the Ignix Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given there. If there is a conflict between these AI Terms and the Terms of Service regarding AI Features, these AI Terms control for that subject.
By using AI Features, you agree to these AI Terms.
1. What AI Features do
AI Features use machine-learning models to help you create and analyze content — for example, drafting or improving captions and posts, suggesting replies in your inbox, generating or editing images and other media, and producing summaries or insights.
"Input" means the content and instructions you submit to an AI Feature. "Output" means the content the AI Feature generates from your Input.
2. How your data is processed
To provide AI Features, your Input is sent to specialized AI service providers that run the underlying models and return the Output. We use these providers:
- OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc.), which acts as a router that directs requests to a range of third-party model providers. Because OpenRouter routes to multiple providers, the specific model provider that processes a given request may vary, and each provider operates under its own terms and data-retention policies. By default OpenRouter does not retain the content of prompts or responses, and EU in-region routing may be available for certain accounts. We select routing intended to provide the feature, but we do not control every downstream provider's internal practices.
- fal.ai (fal – Features & Labels, Inc.), which provides media-generation and related model services.
- Creem (Creem OÜ), which screens the prompts you submit for image or video generation against prohibited-content policies before generation starts. Screening applies to the prompt, not to the generated result. Prompts that are rejected are not sent to any generation model.
Our current AI providers are identified on our Subprocessor List, which we update as it changes. We engage these providers under contractual confidentiality and data-protection commitments, and we do not authorize them to use your Input or Output to train their own models except where necessary to provide the feature and permitted by our agreements with them. Because some downstream providers reachable through a router maintain their own policies, we cannot guarantee the practices of every such provider; if this matters to your use case, contact us before using AI Features for sensitive content.
You should not submit as Input any content you are not permitted to share or that you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.
3. Output: rights and limitations
As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the relevant model providers, you may use the Output for your business purposes and you are responsible for it as if it were your own Customer Content. You acknowledge that:
- AI models can produce the same or similar Output for different users, so Output may not be unique to you, and we make no promise of exclusivity.
- We do not guarantee that Output is original, non-infringing, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for confirming this before you use it.
- Ownership and permitted use of Output may also be affected by the terms of the model provider that generated it.
4. Accuracy and your responsibility
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. AI Features are tools to assist you, not a substitute for your own judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any Output before you publish it, send it, or rely on it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and the rules of any platform where you use it. Do not rely on AI Features for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
5. AI credits
Features that create content with AI — generating or editing images, Autopilot runs, and AI-written captions and ideas — consume AI credits from a monthly allowance included with your plan, and each AI add-on you purchase adds a further allowance. The credit cost of each action, and the allowance for each plan, are published in our Help Center and shown in the Service.
Allowances reset at the start of each billing month and unused credits do not carry over. When an allowance is exhausted, content-creation features are paused until the allowance resets or you purchase an add-on; features that reply to your customers — the inbox, automations and the AI agent — are not metered in credits and are not paused. We may change the credit cost of an action or the allowances with reasonable notice, as described in Section 6.
6. Acceptable use of AI Features
AI Features marketed as "unlimited" are provided subject to the fair-use terms described in our Terms of Service (which also apply to content/media storage).
You must not use AI Features to generate content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or any law, including content that infringes others' rights, that is deceptive or harmful, or that is designed to evade a platform's rules. You must not attempt to use AI Features to extract underlying models, train competing models, or reverse engineer the providers' systems.
7. Changes
We may add, change, or remove AI Features and may change the AI providers we use at any time, and we will update our Subprocessor List accordingly. We may update these AI Terms as described in the Terms of Service; the current version is always posted at https://www.ignix.social.
